Last year, over 200 volunteers came together to make Takeoff Tokyo happen—60% Japanese, 40% international, most of them students. They didn't just help run the event. They became part of it.

Volunteering at Takeoff Tokyo means working directly with founders, investors, and ecosystem builders. You'll coordinate international teams, manage real operations, and solve problems on the fly. The skills you build here are the ones most people don't get until years into their careers.
